“I recently furnished a few rooms in my house with furniture from Whitby furniture outlet.. I have to say I am in love with my new couch it is so comfortable and the ottoman seemed to be sinking in the middle so I told Sonny and he had his guys come back to my home and pick it up from me they returned it approximately two weeks later it was better than I could have ever expected it looks amazing and is so sturdy they really reinforced it nicely! The point of telling you this is that he will go over above and beyond to make his customers happy! Not only did he do that but he also did many other things to keep me a happy customer after purchasing a king size bedroom set I realized that the whole set would not fit in my bedroom and I no longer wanted one of the dressers he actually did allow me to return the dresser and in return he gave me back two beautiful end tables in a beautiful coffee table for my sitting room... He beat the price of the competitor who I originally was going to go to as well.. his guys who came to my home to set everything up for me were wonderful! They even moved furniture in my house that was not from the store to accommodate the new furniture that was coming in... I don't know what else I could say but it was definitely the best experience I've ever had with any furniture company! I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for good quality furniture, trustworthy staff and amazing deals! ????”

“We bought a new barbeque a couple weeks ago from here. We had been to the big box stores and couldn't get anyone to help us and my husband stopped in here the following day. He was greeted by Kyle and told him what we were looking for. Kyle made a couple of suggestions and explained the differences in the two my husband picked out. After I arrived home from work we went over to the store and although Kyle was with a customer he looked up and welcomed my husband back by name! We decided on the one we wanted and ordered it. They build it, deliver it and took our old one! A week later, a wind storm blew it off our deck while we were not home and it ended up upside down. Two neighbours kindly picked it up and put it back on the deck. We called and asked if someone could come have a look at it as we had not used it yet! On Monday, they sent someone who checked it all over, put everything back in place and hooked our gas line back up to it. We like to support local businesses whenever possible and this is exactly why! Cannot thank Kyle and the staff enough. Highly recommend them! The store is clean and organized, and they have a big selection of products that you can't always find elsewhere, including a lot of natural and organic brands, and a small maternity clothing section. They have a cozy and clean nursing room for Mama and baby. If you sign up for Email exclusives, and you get a coupon shortly after purchasing from them, you can take you receipt in for a price adjustment. It's better than Babies R Us.”
