“We had a great experience with Distinctly Patio, our new set great and we received superb service. The delivery/set-up was very quick and having all the packaging removed is such a blessing. After everything was set-up I realized that we didn’t have the coffee table. I called the drivers, let them know and was told that they would look after it. THEY DID! I was surprised to see them back at our house only a few hours later with the missing piece. Mistakes will happen, it’s how you deal with them that is important.
