“We had a great experience with Distinctly Patio, our new set great and we received superb service. The delivery/set-up was very quick and having all the packaging removed is such a blessing. After everything was set-up I realized that we didn’t have the coffee table. I called the drivers, let them know and was told that they would look after it. THEY DID! I was surprised to see them back at our house only a few hours later with the missing piece. Mistakes will happen, it’s how you deal with them that is important. “I don’t know why none of these reviews mention Jimmy!! my parents needed to get my brothers laptop fixed and Jimmy was really patient with us and gave us really great customer service. Jimmy explained the whole process of the laptop being fixed to us and answered all of the questions we had. Jimmy did an excellent job! 5 stars!! excellent customer service!!!!!!”
