I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at Artist phone. The sales guy , Muzaffar, went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones case of our choice and and the plan that was best for us. “My tweens love the styles here and so do their friends. But the service is consistently sub-par. Today, we came for a gift card boy to find out that they open at 11am and not 10am like the rest of the mall. The employees were inside, so I called to ask if they could let me in just for a gift card. They, of course couldn’t let me 10:30am. Perhaps the cashes had not yet been opened, but I couldn’t wait an extra half an hour due to an appointment and had to leave. And sooo the gift card had to come from another store. During COVID, I would think that companies need to do more to keep their customers, to maintain their competitive advantage and not jeopardize a sale by offering less hours than their competitors, who happen to be in the same mall do.”

“I bought two pieces well over 250$ for my upcoming trip to Costa Rica. This was a treat for me as I don’t usually spend this kind of money. I wore my suit once and noticed damage of the fabric. Took pictures. Had to wear it throughout my trip cause that’s what I brought. I was questioned when I went to fix the problem like I was trying to scam them. I just wanted an exchange for a product that was not defective. I think bikini village needs to stand behind their product without question. My GF brought a suit (miracle suit) , and same issue happened and without question or delay was exchanged for s new one. Please Do better on this issue. I’m an honest person and have worked retail for a long time. Stand behind your product in the end it will pay off. Thank you for getting me a new suit.”

The young guy with curly hair that served me was unfortunately not there anymore. He was very polite and had the patience to serve me and my daughters. “Although the slices of chicken were smaller compared to the branch downtown, the flavours were just as good. The chicken is deep in flavours from marination and so are their condiments. I really enjoy being able to pick what I want in my bowl, it makes it more personalized to my taste and it's overall more enjoyable, especially when they allow you to pick up to 7 condiments. Since everything was flavourful, the whole meal was a rollercoaster of different flavours and it was great. Sour to sweet to salty, I just didn't get tired of my food. The poutine on the other hand was average, fries were soggy and a basic gravy. But that was probably because it was delivered. Even though they have so much good stuff going for them, I was a bit disappointed that my food arrived lukewarm and I just wish the overall portions would be a bit larger.”

Lucille's Point-Claire has done an incredible job at creating a new fresh environment for couples, families and everything in between to enjoy some surf and turf here in the west. Interior decorating was done to the nines! Absolutely spectacular to dine in such an atmosphere. Diversity of their menu was also great, you definitely have a little something for everyone. When it comes down to the actual food, it's good. I can't really say I was blown away by anything exactly but absolutely nothing disappointed me taste wise. Pricing how ever is definitely competitive with other restaurants offering seafood options, but still rests a bit too high for my tastes because I would love to come back. For the money I would expect a little more generosity with portions. Staff were immaculate. Respectable and bubbly personalities all around. All in all, I can see many coming to Lucille's this Spring and Summer season for a great experience.”

“Really excited to have Olivia's in West island. The flavor is as good as the original restaurant. My fried chicken was crispy, juicy and hot. However, it is kind of expensive. 30$ for a box of chicken for 2/3 people but doesn't include fries, sides or drinks? That's not cheap. The chicken are fried fresh which is nice but it means that you might wait long for your order.”
