Always come here when in Banff. We come twice a year and its always great service. The people at the front are patient and helpful. Rooms are decently cleaned, would be nice to have a broom or something in the closet so we can cleanup better I’d rather clean all my mess than have someone do the full load of it. Only a few minutes from Banff town and its an easy way to and from just down the highway. Love it!
I had a great experience overall staying in one of the condos for a full week to snowboard at the Banff area resorts. The room was quite comfortable, the shuttles were convenient, and the and the staff was fantastic! They will even deliver firewood and kindling to your unit. The only less than ideal elements of the stay were that some portions of the condo and shared facilities have wear & tear and could use a little TLC, and I did wish the kitchen in the condo came with potholders. I would stay again for sure, though!
Great resort for our week in Banff. The service was always quick to respond to anything we needed. There was a large family of elk that visited the grounds multiple times, along with lots of birds and squirrels. The rooms were good with a nice TV and kitchen (dishwasher was a plus). The only downside is there are a lot of stairs to deal with and the bedrooms are a bit small. Overall, would recommend if you want to stay outside the town center with quick access to some great hiking and sightseeing.
I like these condos quite a bit. However they really need to hire better cleaners. You could see swipe marks all over the mirrors and cabinets. The fridge had not been cleaned and there were crumbs on the floor. Surfaces were collecting dust. Other than that the condos are nice however. Like the wolf theme and quiet location. Reception friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced in the off season.
I had mixed feelings about staying here because of some of the reviews. However, we decided to give it a try. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms were pretty comfortable really, like a pad of some sort, with all the basic requirements like a kitchen with utensils and cookware if you prefer to cook or heat up some food. There's a refrigerator and a dishwasher too. There's even an ironing board and an iron for clothes. I like the outdoor hot tub which is big enough to fit a dozen or so people. The water is just the right temperature especially that we went to Banff at -40 with the windchill, our hair was frozen but our bodies were so warm in the hot tub. Then there's the indoor pool which is big enough to do laps. And plenty of towels. The place seems a bit outdated and could get a little upgrade but it still does accommodate and is very cozy. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown Banff which is really convenient. They also have a shuttle to downtown which runs in certain hours of the day, if you'd prefer not to drive. Considering the location, the amenities, the price, I would definitely be back to this place.
