“From the moment I met Andrew and Georges, I knew my elderly mother, a super senior, was in good hands. Andrew was kind and gentle with her, taking the time to explain and teach very patiently the rehabilitation exercises needed to rebuild her strength and balance after a painful back injury. Andrew assessed her needs and designed her program while Georges kindly executed it during home visits. Communication was quick and insurance claims submitted right away. “I’ve found my new dentist! I loved walking into this new practice. Aside from being greeted by Iya who was wonderful, it has a beautiful waiting room with a coffee machine and waters, a lovely little kids are with books about visiting the dentist and toys. The staff was fantastic, and Dr. Snob was thorough. The things I appreciated most were that he took the time to explain things to me, he referred me to a specialist and rather than charging me for a new set of pano x-rays, he asked me for consent to get my latest scan from my previous doctor. I’ll be transferring my entire family to this practice.”

She is very nice, and encouraging, and really knows what she is doing. I have been steadily losing weight, but with her guidance it hasn't really been that hard. “Excellent service from sales to after purchase care. Unlike some of the other hearing aid centres, they offer you a wide choice of hearing aids rather than trying to prescibe one specific costly unit. They provided a wealth of info to assist me in making my choice. I have had to contact them twice for after-care for my units (wax build up related not due to problems of the units themselves) and both times the service has been prompt, friendly, and very effective in returning my units to service. Other companies should use their customer care as a role model. Update: One of my hearing aids abruptly went dead. Dropped it by the hearing aid centre and Isabelle promptly reset the unit to return it to service. She also fully cleaned the unit and my charger, all while I was doing my in-stoire shopping. Incredible service as always at the Hearing Aid Centre.”
