“Blown away by the attention to detail and the great atmosphere the campground creates. Mark the owner is a great guy and truly cares! Hot showers , extremely clean, outlets to charge electronics, great communal area. It poured our first night there and the camp ground drained amazing , we had no mud anywhere ! Had a great night talking biking and sharing stories with other campers around the fire pit. Again I have nothing but praise for Mark the owner. Hi From MD ! We will return many times”

“Not a very difficult hike. Pretty mild but feels a bit long. No huge hills and the rock part is cool, both visually and temperature wise and there is some pretty vegetation. We saw moose tracks and a beaver. If you go a bit further it will bring you to the cabin in that area which is near a look out point. The trail is very buggy so bring big spray!”

“Great camping, nice lake but highly remote. Good spot to get away especially if you have kayak's but not much in terms of hiking. So close to Canada our phones thought we were outside of the US.”

“Love the camp ground !!! The cabins are great when you have a family member that needs that extra care ❤. Cabins have 2 electrical outlets, tiny frig., ceiling fan, one full bed, 2 twins. You bring your own sheets, blankets and extra pillows as they have 4 there. The cabins come with key to restroom facilities that are brand new and handicap accessible. The ground are close quarters though. So expect your neighbors to in very close proximity and car parking is very tight. But all in all we love the campground. The lake right across street and view out of this ????...With hiking trails in walking distance and boat access and launch the whole family will enjoy.”

“Really incredible views everywhere, with a vast network of trails that cover all sorts of terrain. There is ample parking at the trail heads, and everything seemed to be very well-maintained. Trails are available year-round and cabin is open most days, just check ahead if you need to rent skis or snowshoes to make sure they are open. There is an eating/sitting area inside by the fire stove & a bathroom available. The staff a friendly & helpful. Trails are marked but could be marked a little better for visibility in a flurry.”
